    CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT (GTO)

    This service is intended for clients who already own their real estate / construction and their respective execution projects.
    GTO performance in this situation includes the following Services:


    PROJECT ANALYSIS

    REQUEST PROJECT REANALYSIS FROM DESIGNERS
    - Compatibility between specialties;
    - Finding any errors & omissions;
    - Quantity maps reset.

    CONSULTING COMPANIES
    - Proposal Presentation;
    - Eliminate Errors & omissions;
    - Alternatives to eligible materials

    COMPARATIVE PROPOSAL MAPS
    - Quantitative and qualitative proposal analysis;

      This service provides technical-economic follow-up from preliminary real estate project study and also for the entire process, including Construction / Reconstruction until Completion.

    In this Global Project Management, GTO also integrates all physical construction execution.

    GTO holds authorization No. 90084-PUB - Public Works Contractor's license issued by the IMPIC.

      REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT (GAI)

      Provides Technical Services oriented to Real Estate Asset Management, held by Private Customers, Companies, Real Estate Investment Funds and also Banking.

      GTO develops actions to UPDATE and OPTIMIZE Property value, providing the following Services:


      Real Estate actual conservation status;
      Property Legal and Regulatory compliance verification rules;
      List of required interventions to be performed and their quantification;
      Execution of interventions to restore Property Quality and Legitimacy;
      Property Promotion and also Real Estate mediation or other commercial strategy that the Customer might choose.

        TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL SUPERVISION (STF)

        This service provides Technical Services, supervising, coordinating, verifying and validating all work in a particular construction, in close collaboration with the Financing Entity, namely through a quantitative and qualitative construction evolution, providing all security in the appropriate percental payment concerning the assumed FINANCING OPERATION.

        GTO carries out all SUPERVISION for the following Services:


        Monitoring the construction development and progress, focusing on contracted work plan analysis (PT) and its financial schedule (CF);
        Cost Control, validate and authenticate Monthly Measurements and invoices, releasing Financing percentages;
        Construction Quality Check;
        Process Monitoring and validation;
        Monitoring and validation for finishing Construction.
